The Client

H&P Exports supplies high-quality, affordable cleaning and preventative maintenance products for industrial use and resale across various industries. They have 26 years of experience in the industry, know everything there is to know about which products are best for their customers, they have hand pick each product in their product portfolio and they value great customer service above all else.

The Story

After 25 years of serving customers, H&P Exports decided it was time to look at new ways to approach their market. They approached us to help them with a strategic plan. Here is what has happened so far...

Clean start, new brand.

The first step in our action plan, a brand new look and feel. One that better communicates who they really are and what they have to offer.

New Digital Presence 

Next, we set up a new digital presence, and developed a plan to gradually grow product representation over time, allowing their customers to view the entire (extensive!) product portfolio and all the product benefits online.

Social Media 

Then, we got behind the wheel on their on their social media accounts.

Google Management

and took the reins on Google My Business, establishing their profile, adding their product portfolio and managing paid advertising campaigns.
